New to WeGene

Very few people in China take gene tests and only a few of them upload their gene data to GEDmatch,so either wegene or GEDmatch may can't help you find your relatives.I think the effective way is to contact the police.You just need to tell them you were adopted by a foreign couple and you want to find your biological relatives.They will let you take a gene test maybe in some specific hosipital or institution then look for matches in the Chinese citizen's gene database.It's very likely to find your biological parents and brother(s) or sister(s).There are many cases solved in this way.

WeGene does have a function for users to find DNA relatives, but it is available for those who are tested at WeGene or uploaded their 23andMe raw data based on the v4 chip. So far as I know, if your raw data are based on 23andMe's current v5 chip or from AncestryDNA, you are probably unable to use this function due to compatibility issues.

There is no such function here,just could find regions where people are most genetically similiar with you like provinces and cities.There's a web called Gedmatch that supports Wegene's data you can find relatives there.
