I got this result too but am not worried about it.  
 
The disease is mainly prevalent among people from the Middle East and Central Asia. My ancestral heritage is 99.97% Chinese. It is probably just a latent gene picked up during the migration to China .
 
Just because it's a genetic "risk" does not mean that you'll actually get the disease.
