as you can see from the WeGene plot, you have about 40% ancestry that could be traced back to populations in south China, such as southern Han Chinese,Dai and She. We would suspect that your father is probably a southern native.
This is a good mixed gene sample from Europe and China. Your father's DNA and origin of Macau all show his southern Chinese background. The first thing you need to know is to find the "Chinese identification card number" (中国身份证号码)of your father if he had one before he left China. You might track this from the local public security bureau in China where your father's passport was issued. However, Macau was a Portugal colony before 1999 and your father's infomation might not in the Chinese census system. By the way, as your mentioned your father's name is "Cheng Heng Pang", it is in high possibility that his family name is "Cheng"(程 or 成) rather than "Pang". (Chinese put family name first and given name last to show the respect for the ancestors). Good luck!
