And just one other note: you said you are going to sue, on what grounds? In what jurisdiction? If suing in the US common law system, do you have proof of contract? Did you provide consideration for rendered services? Chances are, you uploaded the genetic data from another company to this one for free. Now assuming that you do have the proof, how are you going to prove scienter? The results come from the comparison of compilated statistical data, generated from a database using an algorithm.
