As far as I know, there's no such counterpart like Ancestry.com in China since too many people share the same surname... Most HK people could trace back their origins to southern provinces like Fujian and Guangdong tho. Perhaps the most efficient way to find your relatives is through genetic matches. DNA test is still kinda new in China so it's normal that you don't get any matches on WG. Have you uploaded to Gedmatch? Any close matches?
